Baby Sleep Packages

Sleep Shaping Package (0–3 months) – £85

Gentle, science-backed support to help you navigate the early weeks with confidence.

Newborn sleep can feel unpredictable, with short stretches, day/night confusion, and cues that are sometimes hard to read. This package is designed to help you understand what is developmentally appropriate in the first few months, while laying the foundations for healthy sleep in a way that is respectful, responsive, and reassuring.

This is not about rigid schedules or sleep training. Instead, we focus on shaping early sleep by supporting your baby’s natural rhythms, responding to their cues, and helping you feel more confident in what is normal for this stage of development.

By the end of our session, you will:
• Understand what newborn sleep really looks like and why it is different from older babies
• Feel confident recognising and responding to your baby’s cues without second-guessing
• Know how to support your baby’s developing circadian rhythm and gently reduce day/night confusion
• Be reassured that your baby’s patterns are normal and that you are meeting their needs
• Have practical, evidence-based strategies that balance your baby’s development and your family’s wellbeing

What’s Included

1-Hour Video Consultation
A supportive 1:1 conversation covering newborn sleep biology, safer sleep guidelines, day/night patterns, responsive settling, and co-sleeping or bed-sharing considerations. We will explore your questions and concerns without judgement.

Personalised Early Sleep Tips
You’ll receive tailored, practical suggestions to gently shape sleep as your baby grows. These tips will focus on rhythms and routines that respect your baby’s developmental stage while fitting into your family’s lifestyle.

Sleep shaping in the newborn months is about building understanding, trust, and confidence - not about quick fixes. With the right support, you can feel calm and reassured that you are responding in a way that is both evidence-based and attachment-focused.

Baby Sleep Support Package (4–12 months) – £325

Gentle, responsive sleep support, grounded in science and evidence.

This package is for you if you feel like you are doing all the right things but your baby still struggles with sleep. Perhaps nights feel fragmented, evenings are unsettled, or naps are unpredictable.

Instead of offering quick fixes, I look at the whole picture: your baby’s development, temperament, feeding, environment, and family context. Together, we will reframe expectations around what sleep looks like in the first year, and develop a better understanding of what is developmentally normal. Often, the most powerful changes come when parents feel reassured about what is typical and supported with strategies that protect rest and connection.

By the end of our 3 weeks together you will:
• Feel confident recognising and responding to your baby’s cues
• Have strategies to support more restful sleep that are responsive and evidence based
• Understand how to navigate challenges such as teething, illness, or regressions without feeling lost
• Reframe your expectations around sleep, with a clearer understanding of what is typical at this age
• Feel listened to and supported in making choices that protect your bond with your baby
