Babies Package
Baby Sleep Support Package
(4–12 months) – £325
Gentle, responsive sleep support, grounded in science and evidence.
This package is for you if you feel like you are doing all the right things but your baby still struggles with sleep. Perhaps nights feel fragmented, evenings are unsettled, or naps are unpredictable.
Instead of offering quick fixes, I look at the whole picture: your baby’s development, temperament, feeding, environment, and family context. Together, we will reframe expectations around what sleep looks like in the first year, and develop a better understanding of what is developmentally normal. Often, the most powerful changes come when parents feel reassured about what is typical and supported with strategies that protect rest and connection.
By the end of our 2 months together you will:
• Feel confident recognising and responding to your baby’s cues
• Have strategies to support more restful sleep that are responsive and evidence based
• Understand how to navigate challenges such as teething, illness, or regressions without feeling lost
• Reframe your expectations around sleep, with a clearer understanding of what is typical at this age
• Feel listened to and supported in making choices that protect your bond with your baby
What’s Included
5-Day Sleep and Wellbeing Review
You will track sleep, feeds, and daily patterns for a few days. I will review this alongside the wider context to create a personalised foundation for support.
1-Hour Consultation Call
A supportive conversation to explore your goals, challenges, and concerns. Together we will co-create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your values.
Personalised Sleep Support Plan
A clear, tailored roadmap for your family. Grounded in science and evidence, the plan will offer strategies that promote sleep while respecting your baby’s developmental stage and your need to remain responsive.
2 Months Ongoing Support
Support through emails, calls and messages to help you apply the plan in real life. I will provide reassurance, guidance, and gentle adjustments as needed, so that you feel supported through the ups and downs of family life.
This approach is not about fast fixes. It is about respectful, responsive care, grounded in science and evidence, that helps parents feel empowered, better informed, and more confident about what is realistic and developmentally appropriate.
