Toddler Sleep Shaping Package (1–3 years) – £325
Toddler sleep can feel very different from baby sleep. Between nap transitions, rapid brain development, separation anxiety, and emerging independence, it’s completely normal for sleep to become unsettled at this stage.
This package helps you understand what’s developmentally appropriate, using an evidence-based, responsive approach. Rather than trying to “fix” your toddler’s sleep, we focus on reframing expectations, supporting connection, and making small, realistic adjustments that are in line with their biological sleep needs.
Sleep shaping in toddlerhood is not about rigid rules or generic advice. It’s about understanding the interaction between circadian rhythms, sleep pressure, behaviour, and emotions - and then applying that knowledge in a way that works for your child and your family.
By the end of our work together, you will:
• Understand the science of toddler sleep: sleep cycles, circadian biology, and developmental sleep needs
• Feel more confident about nap transitions, bedtime resistance, and early rising

Sleep & Routine Analysis (5 Days)
An in-depth look at your toddler’s sleep environment, daily rhythm, and behaviour. We’ll consider circadian entrainment, nap timing, and sleep pressure, alongside emotional and developmental factors.
1-Hour Consultation Call
A collaborative, evidence-informed discussion tailored to your toddler’s unique temperament and your parenting values. We’ll explore both the biology and the behaviour of sleep to identify where changes will be most effective.
Individualised Toddler Sleep Plan
A flexible plan rooted in sleep science, covering bedtime routines, night waking, and nap transitions. No prescriptive methods - just practical, developmentally appropriate strategies you can adapt to real life.
3 Weeks of Ongoing Support (via WhatsApp)
Daily support while you put strategies into practice. We’ll reflect together on how your toddler is responding and make gentle, realistic tweaks as needed.
