Pre-school Sleep Shaping Package (3–5 years) – £325

Preschoolers are busy, imaginative, and fiercely independent - which often shows up most clearly at bedtime. At this age, sleep can be disrupted by fears, big feelings, changing routines, and increasing cognitive and social development. Bedtime battles, night waking, or constant requests aren’t signs that you’re doing something wrong - they’re part of a very normal developmental stage.

This package gives you the knowledge, structure, and support to understand what’s happening, re-frame your expectations, and put evidence-based strategies into practice. Together, we’ll work with your child’s temperament and developmental needs to create calmer, more predictable nights.

By the end of our work together, you will:
• Understand how developmental leaps, imagination, and emotions impact preschool sleep
• Have a predictable, flexible bedtime routine that supports security and connection
• Know how to respond consistently when your child resists bedtime or appears at your bedside in the night
• Be able to set respectful, age-appropriate boundaries while staying responsive

What’s Included

Sleep & Routine Analysis (5 Days)
A detailed look at your child’s daily rhythm, bedtime behaviours, and emotional needs. We’ll explore how circadian rhythms, sleep pressure, and developmental milestones interact with their unique temperament.

1-Hour Consultation Call
A collaborative discussion where we connect the science of preschool sleep with the realities of family life. You’ll leave with clarity, practical strategies, and reassurance tailored to your child.

Individualised Sleep Plan
Your personalised plan will focus on bedtime routines, night waking, and boundary setting - always flexible, respectful, and responsive. No generic advice, just developmentally appropriate strategies that align with your family’s values.

3 Weeks of WhatsApp Support
Daily check-ins to help you implement the plan in real life. We’ll adjust together as challenges come up - whether it’s a bedtime protest, an early morning visit, or a disrupted nap. Support is always grounded in evidence, responsiveness, and realistic expectations.
