In just 3 weeks, you’ll:

What’s Included:

3-Day Sleep & Routine Analysis
You’ll keep track of your child’s current routine and sleep patterns. I’ll look at their sleep needs, behaviours, and emotional development so we can get to the root of the issue — not just the surface.

1-Hour Consultation Call
We’ll talk it all through in a relaxed, supportive 1:1 call. You’ll be heard, understood, and gently guided — no “cry it out,” no harsh methods, just clear steps forward that work for your family.

Bespoke Sleep Plan
You’ll receive a personalised, step-by-step plan that supports your child’s sleep and their big feelings. Whether they’re resisting bedtime, co-sleeping, or waking multiple times a night, we’ll create a plan that meets them (and you) where you’re at.

3 Weeks of Daily WhatsApp Support
This is where the magic happens — support in real time, when things are actually happening.
“She’s had a huge tantrum at bedtime — do we stick to the plan?”
